The short version: we use what you send us to reply to you, we do not sell it to anyone, and you can ask us to delete it whenever you like.

What we collect and why
- What you type into the enquiry form: your name, phone number, email if you give one, and what you tell us about the job. We use it to reply to you and to quote for the work. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering an enquiry you started, and the steps towards a contract if you go ahead.
- Basic technical data when you submit the form: your IP address and browser details, used by Cloudflare's bot check to stop spam. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the form usable.
- Anonymous visit counts: which pages get looked at and where people came from, through Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies, does not follow you between websites, and does not identify you.
We do not buy data about you and we do not run advertising trackers. This site sets no cookies, checked on the live site on 22 September 2026. It does store one thing in your browser: a note that you have already seen the opening animation, so it does not replay on every page. That note never leaves your device, holds nothing about you, and disappears when you close the tab.
Who else handles it
- Cloudflare hosts this website, runs the bot check on the form and provides the visit counts.
- Resend delivers the enquiry to our inbox as an email.
- Microsoft hosts the inbox the enquiry lands in.
We do not sell personal data or share it with anyone else, unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in the inbox while there is a live conversation or a job on. Old enquiries that went nowhere get cleared out. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, or hand it over in a portable form. Email info@mojocarpentry.co.uk and we will answer within one month. There is no fee and no form to fill in.
If you are not happy
Tell us first and we will try to sort it. If you are still not happy you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.
Changes
If we change how we handle data we will update this page and the date at the top.
